It’s not easy to overcome disappointment and hurt, but I’ve found a couple ways to manage the pain:
1. Scream. Vent. Cry. Sulk. Get drunk.
2. Stop screaming, venting, crying, sulking. Get sober.
3. Accept.
4. Forgive
5. Move on
6. Work, smile, laugh, play...
7. And before you know it, you’ve forgotten the disappointment, and the reason it came across your path...
Then go shopping...
